Welcome to Pathao Heli. By booking, accessing, or using our helicopter tour services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.



 
1. General Information

Pathao operates helicopter tour booking services in partnership with Simrik Air and other authorized aviation partners in Nepal. All flights are subject to weather conditions, aviation regulations, operational requirements, and availability.

By using our services, you acknowledge that helicopter travel in mountainous regions may involve schedule changes, delays, or cancellations for safety reasons.



 
2. Booking & Payment
  • All bookings are subject to confirmation and seat availability.
  • Full or partial payment may be required to confirm reservations.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on operational costs, fuel prices, government taxes, or aviation regulations.
  • Booking confirmations will only be valid after successful payment verification.
  • Travelers are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information during booking.

 
3. Flight Schedule & Operations
  • Flight timings are tentative and may change depending on weather, air traffic, operational requirements, or safety conditions.
  • Helicopter operations in Nepal are highly weather dependent, especially in mountainous regions.
  • Pathao Heli and Simrik Air reserve the right to delay, reschedule, reroute, or cancel flights if deemed necessary for passenger safety.
  • Passengers must follow all instructions provided by pilots, crew members, and ground staff during the journey.

 
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made within 1 hour of departure.
  • In case of weather-related cancellations or operational issues from the operator’s side, travelers may receive a refund or rescheduling option based on company policy.
  • Refund processing timelines may vary depending on payment method and banking procedures.

 
5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for:

  • Carrying valid identification documents.
  • Arriving at the reporting location on time.
  • Following safety guidelines and crew instructions.
  • Informing the company of any medical conditions or physical limitations prior to the flight.
  • Ensuring personal belongings are secured during the journey.

Pathao Heli and Simrik Air reserve the right to refuse boarding to passengers who are intoxicated, behave dangerously, or fail to comply with safety regulations.



 
6. Weather & Force Majeure

Helicopter tours may be affected by:

  • Poor weather conditions
  • Air traffic restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Political disturbances
  • Government restrictions
  • Technical or operational issues

Under such circumstances, flights may be delayed, modified, or canceled without prior notice for safety reasons.



 
7. Health & Altitude Considerations

Some helicopter destinations involve high-altitude environments. Travelers should consult a medical professional if they have concerns regarding altitude sickness, heart conditions, respiratory issues, or other medical conditions.

Passengers are responsible for assessing their own fitness and health condition before participating in the tour.



 
8. Photography & Media

Passengers may capture photos and videos during the tour for personal use. Pathao Heli may also use photographs or videos captured during tours for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested by the traveler.



 
9. Liability Limitation

Pathao Heli acts as a booking and travel facilitation platform in partnership with authorized helicopter operators. While every effort is made to ensure safe and professional operations, Pathao Heli shall not be held liable for:

  • Weather-related delays or cancellations
  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
  • Force majeure events beyond operational control
  • Third-party operational disruptions

All aviation operations are conducted according to Nepal Civil Aviation regulations and safety requirements.



 
10. Changes To Terms

Pathao Heli reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
